Ok, I take it back...
This morning's whining, I mean. What a glorious day! 65° and sunshine, clean and bright and perfect. So I celebrated by going to three different plant stores and buying lots of pretty flowers to go in my new little garden. (Don't even ask how much I spent...) I just had a walkway poured down the east side of the house which pretty much ruined what passed for a "garden" along the east side of the driveway, so I ripped everything out last week, put in some arborvitae as a screen, and have been little by little breaking up the clay, removing rocks, and mixing in compost. Should be a beautiful space when I'm done! Here are a few of the new comers:
